On Site Assessment (2 hours)

Note:  This may be included in First Appointment

• view  project, confirm scope of work, prioritize your goals and identify the problem which bothers you the most

• review services:   Consultation for 'Do-It- Yourselfers' (organizing or decorating),   "Home Staging",   "Hands-On" Organizing ,    "Coaching" to find what keeps you motivated to Get and Stay organized  or  "Quick Fix" (in and out quickly may work for "staging" but not for staying organized) 

• Confidentiality Agreement signed   

• FEE proposed based on services (usually hourly fee)

• reference photographs taken (with permission)

• identify any organizing supplies or specialized services required for the 'First' Appointment 

First Appointment (usually 3  hours)

Note: Weekend & Evening rate $70/hr.

• scope of work confirmed including realistic goals,  time period discussed (Letter of Agreement signed if necessary)

• de-cluttering work or "detailed organizing / decorating" consultation begins  

Maintenance Systems

• effective strategies are discussed  (via phone) to help you get organized, stay motivated and stay organized   

• regular phone consultation for "do it yourselfers"

Cancellation Policy

• minimum of 24 hrs. notice must be given for appointment cancellations or a $65.00 charge will be billed

Terms and Conditions

• fees will range depending on the extent of work, type of service and time frame 

• if additional organizers or other workers are required, their hourly rate will be established based on the type of work and level of experience

• payment immediately after each appointment, by cash or cheque
