Did you know that
"Home Staging" can
increase the sale value of a home
by 5% ?
Some realtors say - often times, the
seller will obtain a 200% to 300%
return on their investment in "staging".
Home Staging doesn't have to be expensive.
It can involve "editing" & re-arranging
what you already have, with "re-freshening" ideas for the interior; and
improving the "curb appeal" for the new buyer.
Sell faster - Get a better
price.

Re:
"De-Cluttering" and "Home Staging"
Thanks
Wendy. We had a conditional offer on Sunday,
after 3 days on the market.
I know that the "staging" helped net the sellers
at least a few thousand dollars.

Re: "De-Cluttering" and "Home Staging"
Wendy spent about 2 hours o a Home Staging Consultation
three weeks before I put my house up for sale, after I'd replaced some
carpet and done some painting. She gave me countless suggestions
regarding furniture arrangement, de-cluttering, de-personalizing,
beautifying and brightening.
Her suggestions were modest in price and
powerful in impact. She was
a strong and gentle; and was clear that these were simply suggestions.
It was up to me implement them or not. And I did implement almost
all of them.
Well, my house sold in 2 days (with 5 offers).
Worth the time and expense? You bet! Thanks Wendy

Downsizing is Not a "Do-It-Yourself Task" -
You will need personal & sensitive support
and some assistance to get it done well.
It is hard to be "organized" with too much
stuff.
A realistic clear plan of action
needs to be developed.
Organizing is a process
that doesn't have to be overwhelming.
Invest in your future rather than
- feel held back by the past.
